Ordering Info

All jewellery is handmade to order in our studio in Vancouver, Canada.

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to make, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates. 

PRICING

Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. 

At the final payment page, the price will be displayed and charged in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert that amount based on the day’s current exchange rate. Visit http://www.xe.com/ for up-to-date rates.

TAXES

Taxes will be added according to your shipping address. No sales taxes will be added to American or International orders. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the product enters your country.

SHIPPING RATES

We pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, with most in stock items shipping within 1-3 business days.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We ship all orders via Canada Post Expedited, with an estimated 2-10 days for delivery.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of ramonashoppe.com. Such as, but not limited to, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card. We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.

In order to track your order, copy your tracking number that is provided in the shipping notification email and paste it in the tracking field on the website www.canadapost.ca

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return your purchase, email us within seven days of receiving your item and we will email you with a return authorization code and further instructions. The item must be sent back unworn. When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded and you will be notified via email. Items shipped from the USA / internationally must be marked as a return/NCV for customs declaration as per our instructions. Items returned without a proper return authorization code or with the incorrect declaration will be refused.

Ramona Shoppe reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.

All “Sale” or discounted items are final sale, including promo codes.

REPAIR POLICY

Items purchased from Ramonashoppe.com

For all repair inquiries, please email info@ramonashoppe.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). If the item was not purchased directly through Ramona Shoppe we require proof of purchase from the original transaction.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. 

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
